This is a patch for the is a patch for the game that made some improvements on Nationalist China no longer allied to Guanxi Clique and Shanxi, Reduced damage to CAGs, Gave Germany some interceptors in the 1941 bookmarks, added morale increases for infantry, Mtn, Par, Mar, Militia and Garrison to Land Doctrine, added a small increase to AA brigades air attack, new Lua AI scripts, province control is now more dependent on which ally actually borders it, even for faction-less allies, removed the point of sea attack from CVLs, changed the strategic bombing order to stop targeting provinces below 1 IC immediately.
It also fix some known issues from the previous release of patch. Few of the fixes that was made on version 2.03 includes fixes in crash when units loaded on ships were deleted, crash with unit plan min forces not always being initialized correctly and many more
